Children Disability Empowerment, formerly known as Window of Hope (WoH), is a registered charity based in the UK and Afghanistan, established in 2003. We support orphans with disabilities in a country ravaged by decades of war and famine.
Our home is a sanctuary for 30 children and youths with disabilities who have been abandoned or orphaned from various parts of the country.
Established to provide essential services including housing, education, healthcare, and recreational activities, our mission is to create a supportive family environment where these children can thrive despite their challenging circumstances.
At the heart of our organisation are the values of compassion, dedication, and integrity.
We believe in the inherent worth and potential of every child, regardless of their circumstances.
Our commitment is to provide a safe, nurturing environment where children with disabilities can receive the care and opportunities they deserve.
We operate with transparency and accountability, ensuring that every donation directly benefits the children in our care.
Our values guide us in our mission to make a meaningful difference in the lives of these vulnerable children.
Our approach is holistic and child-centered, focusing on the comprehensive needs of each child.
We provide not only the basic necessities such as food, shelter, and healthcare, but also educational and recreational opportunities to foster their development.
Our dedicated staff of 13 members works tirelessly to ensure that each child receives personalized care and attention.
Thank you for your generosity! Your support makes a significant difference and helps us continue our mission. We truly appreciate your contribution!
